If you love chicken wings but hate the mess, this Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken recipe is for you. Lots of flavor, minimal effort. Toss in a few chicken breasts and your favorite wing sauce (I prefer Frank’s Red Hot). If you like to dip your wings in ranch, add in some dressing/dip mix for a little extra tang. If you want a richer dish, add in some butter.
The final product can be added to a sandwich, nachos, or eaten all by itself. Try it on a sweet potato and you won’t be disappointed. Add a little cheese and broil it for an amazing dip. - 1 cup wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons powdered ranch mix (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Add all ingredients to your electric pressure cooker.
Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
